Scott is from Virginia Beach and grew up attending Virginia Beach United Methodist Church.  A graduate of Frank W. Cox High School, he earned his B.A. degree from Virginia Wesleyan College, and his Master of Divinity degree from Duke University Divinity School.  He is an ordained Elder in full connection in the Virginia Annual Conference.

Michael Regan received his Bachelor’s Degrees in Music Education and Sacred Music, and his Master’s Degree in Organ Performance from East Carolina University.  He matriculated to the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY, for work towards his Doctor of Musical Arts Degree in Organ Performance and Literature and Sacred Music under the late Internationally renowned teacher Russell Saunders.  He has participated in and won numerous organ competitions, both National and International, and has performed throughout the United States, and at conventions of the American Guild of Organists.

Jennifer Hardy serves as Director of the Larchmont United Methodist Pre-School, our longstanding weekday education project (more information about the Pre-School is available under the CHILDREN'S PROGRAMS tab).  Jennifer is a graduate of Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and elementary education.  She has also completed master’s work in school psychology from The Citadel in Charleston, SC.  She has nine years of experience in the early education field, the last six as a director.  Jennifer has been a member of LUMC for two years where she also teaches Sunday School.  She, her husband (who is active duty Navy), and her children have lived in the Norfolk area for six years.  She also serves on the board of the Elijah Foundation and is active in Relay for Life.
